Monetary Incentives to Promote Engagement with the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline in Counties Experiencing Persistent Poverty: The CLIMB Study
Overview

The CLIMB Study (Counties Leveraging Incentives to Make Behavior Changes) is enrolling individuals who live in Oklahoma’s persistent poverty counties, smoke cigarettes, and are enrolled in the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline (OTH) multiple call program. Participants are randomly assigned to OTH care or OTH care plus escalating incentives for completing counseling calls.

If you live in one of the 16 counties and are interested in quitting smoking, please contact the Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline (1-800-QUITNOW), enroll in the multiple call program, and let them know you are interested in this paid study.
